Skilled workers and green labor:build a strong workforce

This project aims to train and qualify a new generation of young men and women to become skilled professional labor, enabling them to break free from unemployment and actively contribute to the development of the vocational and industrial sectors. By equipping youth with the necessary technical and soft skills, the project empowers them to play a vital role in enhancing the quality and productivity of local industries.

Upon successfully completing the vocational training phase, participants are provided with suitable job opportunities through partnerships and contracts with factories, companies, and employers.

The project was implemented in collaboration with the Sawiris Foundation for Social Development, with the goal of achieving sustainable development through youth empowerment and workforce readiness.
