Investing in Egypt’s Skilled Workforce:QNB and Waqfeyat Misr Write a New Chapter for Ostawat-Misr
QNB Renews Partnership with Waqfeyat Misr to Fund Phase Two of the “Ostawat” Project, Empowering 75 Women through Vocational Training
As part of its commitment to supporting economic empowerment and sustainable development, QNB has renewed its strategic partnership with Waqfeyat Misr to fund the second phase of the “Ostawat” project — an initiative that promotes vocational skills and crafts-based training.
Building on the success of Phase One, which provided hands-on training and real production experience to youth in various traditional crafts, the second phase will focus on empowering 75 women by equipping them with specialized skills in areas such as sewing, tailoring, and product finishing.
The project aims not only to enhance technical skills but also to foster long-term economic independence by connecting graduates to real work opportunities and local markets. This collaboration underscores the shared vision between QNB and Waqfeyat Misr in supporting youth and women through inclusive, community-driven development models.
