The Higher Education Endowment Fund (HEEF) is a perpetual Waqf Fund, using only a portion of annual returns to support students while preserving the principal. Waqfeyat Misr Foundation, a registered non-profit, ensures transparency, expert management, and strategic oversight, with experienced advisors guiding program design, student selection, and grant administration for lasting impact.
